Banded Lever Chest-Supported Rows... this dual-action exercise targets almost your entire back (upper back and lats, not lower back, though).

It's a two-part movement done using an EZ curl bar, a small to medium band, a solid post to loop the band around, and an incline bench set to about 30 degrees.

It sounds like a lot to set up but it's really not that bad.
