One of the biggest mistakes men make after 40 is assuming the same strategies still apply.What worked in your 20s often stops working later in life. Training has to evolve. Nutrition has to evolve. Recovery becomes more important. This is something that I had to figure out when I turned 40 (ish)... and that was 12 years ago! That being said, it definitely ain't over... I'm still doing things in the gym that I never would have even imagined when I was in my 20's.
