Neck training...it's not a common
topic, but if
you're a boxer, MMA fighter, martial artist or
play any "contact sports, you KNOW the
importance of having a strong neck.

NEED to be able to take a hit and absorb the force without injury.
That's where the Neck
Flex comes into play...
It's a cool new piece of neck training equipment that I've been
testing out and working with recently.
I'll give you the full rundown on the Neck Flex...how it works, the
exercises it can be used for when training the neck directly
AND how to train the neck in conjuction with other exercises
to get maximum functional benefit from the Neck Flex as well.
Oddly enough, it's actually a GREAT teaching tool for bench
presses and squats, in addition to using it for direct neck work.
