Subject: The BEST zero fat, zero carb protein supplement I've ever found...

It's a high-quality protein that tastes like nothing.

Wait...what?

Why is tasting like nothing a good thing?

Well, if you've tasted some of the nasty protein powders that I've tasted in the past, "nothing" is a whole lot better than that :).

The stuff is called "100% Pure Liquid Egg Whites"... because that's LITERALLY what it is...no fat, no carbs, all protein.

(quick note, if you do decide to get some, use coupon code FITPOWER10 to get 10% off your order).

I originally came across it almost 20 years ago...and I liked it so much that I actually recommended it in my "Metabolic Surge - Rapid Fat Loss" program because of its quality and versatility.

And it's versatile because it literally tastes like nothing.

Meaning, you can add it into whatever you want and you won't taste it at all (I sometimes drink it in a plain glass of water and I still don't taste it).

You can add it into food to bump up the protein content and you won't taste it (I've added it into a bowl of cereal and it didn't change the taste at all...heck, you could probably use it instead of milk...and now I'm going to have to try that).

If you've got a kid that doesn't like protein foods, a shot or two of this in their cereal or smoothie and boom, and they get protein and they won't even know the difference.

What Else Is In It?

Also, literally nothing.

It's just egg whites. That's it!

And they're processed in such a way as to be perfectly safe (they're low-heat pasteurized to kill any bacteria, but at a temperature not hot enough to solidfy them so they're still liquid).

From their website:

"An egg is made up of 2 parts, the yolk and the white. The yolk is removed and the whites are pasteurized, filtered, and kept in liquid form making them deliciously smooth, safe, and easy to use for both adults and children."

"Our Liquid Egg Whites are 100% Pure. There are no additives, preservatives, artificial ingredients, flavorings, or food colorings. They are gluten-free, lactose-free, odorless, tasteless, USDA inspected, and Kosher certified."

Are the Eggs From A Quality Source?

They are. That's key. They pride themselves on it, in fact.

They even make sure the leftover yolks and shells don't go to waste (they go to other foods like salad dressing, mayo and ice cream and the shells go for pet food and supplements).

"Egg Whites International does not own any farms. Instead, we source our 100% Pure Liquid Egg Whites from a 50-year family owned farming enterprise in Utah with a state-of-the-art processing facility and end-to-end egg farming. They don’t just raise hens, they also grow the feed."

"All source farms have comprehensive quality assurance and food safety programs in place and are continually monitored and certified by a variety of organizations, including: the United Egg Producers, the Global Food Safety Initiative, the American Humane Association, and the USDA. They have been Certified Level 3 (Some of the largest grocery chains only require Level 2) by the Safe Quality Program, the leading global food safety program that lets retailers know the producers have met or exceeded all food safety regulations."

You can feel good about where they source their eggs from....they've recently even been able to 100% cage free with their supplier.

How Do The Egg Whites Get Shipped?

They will arrive frozen. I usually get two gallons at a time, but you can get a lot more than that, if you've got the freezer space. They'll stay good frozen for years.

When they arrive, I pop one in the fridge to thaw and the other goes directly into the freezer (they even stay good in the fridge in liquid form for up to 6 months).

I highly recommend getting a pump with your first order. Then just wash it and reuse it from there.

This is a much more convenient way to dispense the egg whites. You can pump them right into a glass or into a bowl (you can see the pump in the picture above).

Once thawed, shake the bottle really good then put the pump on and you're ready to go.

Can You Cook With These Egg Whites?

Absolutely.

In fact, my wife makes a mean egg white omelet with them. They actually fluff up even better than normal egg whites, and you also don't have to figure out what to do with the yolks, if you're trying to eat low fat.

You can use them just as you would any other egg white.

High-Quality, Convenient, Food-Based Protein

I'm a big fan of this stuff.

I used to get it all the time then tried other proteins and kind of lost track of it for awhile. I started using it again last year and now I remember why I love it.

It's great protein, cost-effective, easy to use and so convenient.
