Subject: The BEST forearm exercise I've ever found...

This exercise is a BEAST on your forearms.

You're going to be doing a wrist roller forearm exercise WHILE you're doing a fat-bar chin-up, putting massively challenging resistance on your forearms in tow ways.

This one requires a bit of explanation on the setup but it's seriously one of THE best forearm exercises I've ever done.

If you're an advanced trainer looking to take your grip and forearm strength to the next level, you're going to want to try this one.

(or if you're just morbidly curious to see one more insane exercise that I've come up, there's that, too :)
