Subject: TOTAL-body resistance-cardio with ONE exercise...(works GREAT)

Straight up...I can't stand "normal" cardio.

You will NEVER catch me slogging away on a machine....ever.

I'm not saying it's bad or it's wrong (especially if you enjoy it)...I'm just saying, to me, there are better ways to get the job done.

And THIS technique is one of them...One-Arm Kettlebell Swing Step-Ups.

(just fyi, you can do it with a pair of dumbbells, too, so even if you don't have a kettlebell, definitely check it out.)

Beyond just cardio, this exercise hits your core VERY effectively and with good resistance, which will really help you get your midsection in better shape fast.
