Subject: TORCH your six-pack abs... (you'll be swearing at me with this one)

I'm not actually kidding about that...

I was swearing at myself while doing these.

It's a variation of the Janda Sit-Up (which takes the hip flexors out of the movement), combined with an abdominal sit-up (which shifts the movement from hip flexion to spinal flexion), combined with band resistance.

Nightmare fuel...

If your abs are strong enough to do this one, you're going to LOVE it.
