Subject: Sprinter Block Split Squats to TRASH your legs in a whole new way...

This one gave me some great leg day problems...

It's a variation of the Bulgarian Split Squat, done with a different foot placement that ramps up the tension in the quads and glutes as you come to the top.

It's basically like getting accomodating resistance training without bands or chains.

Check out the full setup here...it's very simple but there are some tricks to it.
