If you like your carbs, you're going to want to see this...This is something VERY different than what you see these days, especially with the popularity of Keto dieting (high fat, low-carb). It's using a high-carb, VERY low-fat approach to dieting. And it's written by this guy...His name is Mark Kislich and he's in his mid-40’s. And yeah, he's not lean at all... He’s been eating a carb-based diet for 5 years. Fats are kept at around 8%. AND… He gets only about 60-80 grams of protein per day. I don't know Mark personally, but I've read through his entire program and I really like the concepts he uses...definitely some eye-opening stuff... stuff that I'm already incorporating into my dietary approaches.
