It's one of the downsides of getting older that not a lot of people even realize is happening.

Your connective tissue is literally drying out...

It's getting brittle...

And it's getting weak.

Which means you're more likely to get injured as you get older, even doing things you did without a problem just a few years ago.

And it means it's going to take a VERY long time to heal if you DO get injured.

Your connective tissue has notoriously poor circulation and without that circulation, you don't get repair and you don't get strengthening.

So what we're going to do is CREATE circulation by using "Hydraulic" connective tissue training.
