This one is actually VERY effective for targeting the lateral delts at the bottom position, putting them under direct tension for a relatively long period of time (MINUTES instead of MOMENTS). I call it Bandcuff Treadmill Walking... Doing it while walking on the treadmill is actually more beneficial than just holding bands steady. Every step you take "perturbs" the resistance on your lateral delts resulting in a lot of contractions over time in addition to the constant isometric tension. Nick Nilsson P.S.
