If you want big arms, it's NOT enough to rely on rows and presses to get them.

One of the things I've learned over the years is that it takes direct, specialized arm work to really maximize arm size.

Big, muscular, sleeve-stretching arms are one of the first things people will notice about you.

And (if you need something "legit" to help you justify focusing on arm training), having bigger, stronger arms will remove them as a weak link in your other big exercises like presses and rows.

Bottom line...big arms are awesome.

And this is how you get them.
