Subject: My favorite "low skill" explosive/power exercise...
I call this a One Dumbbell Overhead Heave...It's along the lines of a muscle snatch type of movement (very loosely) but requiring a lot less skill and finesse. It's one of my favorite explosive exercises BECAUSE you don't need a lot of skill to do it. You're essentially starting with a dumbbell on the ground then heaving it up to the overhead lockout position in one movement. Nick Nilsson P.S.
