And last chance to pick up the three bonuses I'm kicking in to help give you a kick in the butt to pick this up :)

The book is Dave Ruel's "Anabolic Cooking" and you can grab it here:

I do have to say (and you may have noticed from my last couple of emails), cooking is not my strong suit...eating is more my strong suit...and Dave's book really gave me some good ideas for stuff even a brutal cook like me could work with, which is saying a lot!

The discount he's offering on the book ends tonight at midnight, though, and the three bonus books I'm including will also be history...

...so if learning how to cook actual good-tasting food that will HELP you get the muscle-building results you want is high up on your wish list (rather than trying to live off ground beef, microwaved potatoes and leftover Halloween candy), NOW is definitely the time to jump in on this.

And if you need a little more info on on those three books I'm kicking in, here's a few quick tips pulled out of each one:

Classified Arm Training (55 pages):

- At the top of a barbell curl, hold the contraction for a second and try to push your elbows together hard. This is like forcing supination (which is one of the primary functions of the biceps). It will intensify the contraction.

- When doing lying tricep extensions with a barbell, bringing the bar down to the throat instead of the forehead or behind the head will increase bench press lockout power.

Classified Chest Training (32 pages):

- If you wish to develop explosiveness in your bench out of the bottom, try this trick with a partner. Instead of spotting you, your partner should lean on the bar in order to add weight to it (enough so you can’t move it - obviously, you'll want to use just a moderate weight for this) while you try to push hard against it. Your partner then removes their weight suddenly at the point where you have a lot of tension built up (after about 3 to 5 seconds of pushing) so you explode the bar up.

This type of training will engage a lot of motor units in order to try and move the resistance, then force them to explode all at once at the release. It’s like revving an engine with the brakes on then releasing them and peeling out.

Classified Intensity Techniques (27 pages):

- Isolation/Compound Triple Drop and Rebound Set...long freaking name, I know :). Do a triple drop set of an isolation exercise, e.g. dumbell flyes, then immediately use the weight you STARTED with for a set of a compound exercise for that muscle group, e.g. dumbell bench press. It might look like 8 reps db flye with 60's, 4 reps with 50's, 4 reps with 40's, then 6 reps of dumbell BENCH with the 60's.

This is a TOUGH technique...it's drop-sets mashed up with pre-exhaust training...not something to use every day but very effective.

So those are just a few small samples of the kind of training tips you'll find in my three bonus books...114 pages of this stuff with no frills and no filler...just stuff you can put to work in the gym starting NOW.

And you can get these three books ONLY when you pick up Dave's "Anabolic Cooking" book before midnight tonight:

P.S. Dave and I are also going to be a 90 minute coaching call for those who pick up the book...we'll address all your questions of training, nutrition, football (ok, maybe not football), etc. This is a great opportunity to get some of your more burning questions answered and get some tailored advice.
