Subject: Kettlebell Speedskater Squats - incredible glute exercise
Kettlebell Speedskater Squats for glutes... this is a variation of the "skater squat" style single-leg exercise.A dumbbell works, too, if you don't have kettlebells to use. When I was in my teens, I was a competitive speedskater (short track). If had known about this one, I would have been doing it constantly and building up the weight I used for it. The setup allows you to get into a very deep stretch for the entire glute "family" - maximus, medius and minimus. It allows you to manually control the amount of resistance you get during the exercise on the fly, as you need it (i.e. accommodating resistance). Nick Nilsson P.S.
