Bands on Wrists Deadlifts

If you want maximum back development out of the deadlift, this
version with the bands is going to do the trick...you'll be doing
it with horizontal band resistance with the bands around your
WRISTS instead of the bar. I'll tell you how and why that makes
such a HUGE difference in how the exercise hits the lats.
