Subject: How to train legs HEAVY without a power rack...GREAT for home gym users!

This one is going to be a bit of a teaser so I apologize in advance for that ;)

I just posted this exercise to the member area of my site "Powerful Training Secrets" today...I call it "Barbell Thigh Squats" and it's a great way to do heavy leg training with just a barbell...no need to have a squat rack.

This makes it an IDEAL leg exercise for home gym trainers.

I'm going to post one pic of it here to give you an idea of what it looks like (that's the teaser)...I just did this one a few days ago and I was really impressed with how well it hit the quads and even the upper back.
