Incline Bench Pulldowns

This is a GREAT postural training...it hits the small muscles of
the upper back, bringing out great detail in the muscles while
helping to pull your shoulders back into alignment. If you have
shoulder/postural issues, you NEED to do this exercise...it's
that good!
