Subject: If you want to REALLY feel your back working...

...this is one of my favorite "feel" exercises for working the back.

I call it "Full Range Pulldowns" because it targets the back through a complete range of motion...more so than regular pulldowns or regular rows.

Because you're going to be doing BOTH of those exercises at the same time.

It starts with a vertical pull, then midway through the exercise, switches to a horizontal pull.

It's more of a "carve detail into your back" type of exercise than a mass builder, just FYI...and literally ANYBODY can use it.
