This is actually a really simple one that took me almost 35 years to figure out... [insert facepalm icon here]I was finding that I would get shoulder pain from bench pressing too often or with too much volume, or with a lot of weight... Turns out, it was not from the press itself. I was getting shoulder issues from how I was re-racking the bar at the end of the set. Once I figured out how to re-rack without doing that, issue gone. I've got the full rundown on video here:
