Not kidding...

Now, my sister, Alexis, and I both grew up in a household where supplements were always around.

Our parents were always keen on good health and nutrition and shelves full of supplements were part of that package.

About 15 years ago, my sister had a health crisis that overnight resulted in her having the energy levels of a 90 year old...literally overnight, it was that fast.
