I liked it so much, I kept doing more sets than I probably should have and now my triceps are twitching like jello today.Your triceps are going to LOVE this one... it's a Landmine Overhead Bodyweight Barbell Extension. You're doing a form of overhead extension WHILE leaning your bodyweight in at an angle, forming a triangular base of support... which keeps substantial tension on the triceps the WHOLE time because of the force required to maintain that position.
