Subject: I apologize in advance for this one... Roll-Up Bodyweight Tricep Extensions...

This method is a BEAST on the triceps, specifically the long head.

You're going to be holding a bodyweight tricep extension position while then doing a "wrist roller" style of movement, raising weight up off the ground.

This engages the triceps very strongly in a stretched position...over and over.

If you're comfortable with overhead tricep movements and are looking for something to juice up your triceps, you're going to LOVE this one.
