Subject: Hybrid Rows for TOTAL back training (weird but crazy good)
Hybrid Training is one of my favorite methods for building mass.It uses multiple forms of resistance to better overload the strength curves and movement paths of exercises. This puts MASSIVE tension on the muscles...quite a bit more than regular free weight exercises, I find. They just get no break. This kind of monster overload can lead to big jumps in muscle growth (I find that every single Hybrid set is worth 2-3 regular sets). One of my favorite Hybrid exercises the Cable-Barbell Chest-Supported Row... and it will blow up your back like crazy! Be sure to follow me on any and all of those platforms, if you don't already!
