Subject: How to get dumbbells into position for Floor Presses (easiest method).

If you've ever struggled with the best method for getting dumbbells into position for Floor Presses, this is what I found to really work for me.

The floor press itself is an excellent exercise for doing "dead" presses (no elastic tension at the bottom to help you) and for avoiding the deeper stretch position on your shoulders when pressing.

This is a quick setup hack that will allow to get even very heavy dumbbells into position easily (I demonstrate it using a pair of 105's).
