Subject: How to do weighted push-ups with no spotter (simple setup method)

The beauty of this setup is that you can do weighted push-ups without needing another person to load weight onto you.

It also allows a movement pattern that brings in the upper chest nicely, if you decide to use it.

Your body will NOT be straight like a regular push-up.

This one is more of a bent leg and hip position to better brace you into the rack. This is a better position to support the weight hanging from your body as well - a full plank will put some stress on the lower back - this doesn't really at all.

It does look a bit strange, but if you're doing it at home, you won't care. If you try it at the gym, do it when it's not busy...
