An injury isn't the end of the world. They happen to the best of us, sometimes no matter how careful you are.Getting these injuries didn't mean I had to completely stop every aspect of my training until I was fully recovered. In fact, continuing to train actually helped with recovery! That being said, if you do get an injury, DEFINITELY get checked out by a doctor...you want to be sure nothing else is going on that you don't know about that trying to work around it could make worse.
