Subject: Got bad knees? Try this exercise for your leg work...

I've noticed recently that I've been getting a LOT of questions
from people who have bad knees, wondering what leg exercises they
can do that won't mess things up further and will still give them
some good lower body training.

Well, I've got one for you here today, if you fit that bill
(and even if you have good knees this is an excellent exercise to
try out). It's not a total "mad scientist" exercise that'll get
you thrown out of a gym or anything, so don't worry about that :)
...it's very easy to set up and use, too.

I call it the Incline Dumbell Lunge and it allows you to do a
lunging movement without the shearing force that gets put on the
front knee when coming up out of the bottom. Your front foot is
on the angle of a bench so that you're pushing straight back and
up instead of at an angle, which is what happens when your front
foot is on the floor.

Check it out here - might be just what you need if your knees
are holding you back on your leg training!

Enjoy!

P.S. I know you're probably tired of hearing about John
Romaniello's "Final Phase Fat Loss" program :)

Quick thing, though...if you missed the deadline, he's actually
extended the sale one more day because his payment processers
servers were down for a period of time yesterday. He didn't want
anyone to miss out on the sale, so he's bumped it out another
day. You can still pick it up for 52% off here:
