This is a "Rack Scrape Curl" done without any rack scraping......because I've got two fat grip handles set on the bar where it contacts the rack to protect it (the blue things on the ends of the bar). You can also do this EXACT same exercise on the Smith machine. I don't have one in my basement, so I came up with this to mimic it. This setup allows me to lean forward into the curl at the bottom to get more tension at the bottom, then adjust body position to vertical as I come up. It lit up my biceps like CRAZY.
