I've taken one of my favorite strength-building "shortcuts" (Post-Activation Potentiation) and layered it on top of my favorite strength-building framework (Compound Exercise Overload Training) to create a monster of a squat workout.

High-volume squat workouts can be extremely effective for building not only absolute strength but strength-endurance as well (i.e. work capacity).

This workout uses nervous system activation (PAP training) to maintain strength performance while doing high volume squats (CEO training)
