Subject: Foam rolling & stretching not helping?...

It sounds crazy but you might actually end up in more pain after stretching or using foam rollers.

That's because they both end up putting pressure on an already-sore area of your body without eliminating the cause of your pain or limitation in range of motion.

*In the above photo, you are seeing a muscle being restricted.

...and when it's wound up, your symptoms can be anything from muscle aches to swelling to headaches to blood sugar dysregulation or even digestive issues.

The good news is that it only takes about 5-minutes to unlock this tissue and finally stop the vicious cycle of pain, inflammation and range of motion limitations.
