Horizontal Band Stiff-Legged Deadlift

Adding hoizontal and diagonal tension to the stiff-legged
deadlift exercise puts a whole dimension of workload on your
hamstrings. Instead of just pulling directly up, you'll have to
work to pull up AND back, increasing the overall effectiveness of
the exercise.
