I was shocked at how well this worked when I accidently came up with it a couple of days ago...

(and yes, I quite often come up with great stuff when I'm trying to accomplish something else :)

This exercise setup targets the spinal erectors of the lower back with direct work so effectively that you'll actually get a pump in the area.

It's a fantastic way to directly and safely strengthen the lower back.
