Subject: Can't feel your chest when benching? Try THIS...

This is one of my favorite methods for forcing actual pec activation when doing barbell bench press.

Quite often, the triceps or front delts tend to take over, especially if you find yourself focusing on just moving the weight rather than working the muscles.

This band technique forces the issue.
