This exercise is awesome...so simple and yet so effective.

At first glance, it doesn't necessarily even look like a core exercise...yet how you're holding the weight (in front of you and in one hand), means your core is being very strongly worked.

All you need is a single dumbbell (or kettlebell) for this one.
