Subject: "Bottoms-Up" Kettlebell Clean and Squat...(LOVE this exercise)

When it comes to kettlebell training, I'll be the
first to admit that I'm not an expert...yes,
shocking I know! :)


I do know a lot, but one thing I always like to do is seek out
people who are TRUE experts in the field I'm interested in.


And in this case, it's my friends and colleagues Chris Lopez
and Funk Roberts. These guys are awesome with kettlebells...
they truly walk the walk.

They've just released a program called Kettlebells for Fighters
(literally yesterday) and let me tell you, not only is this VERY
cool stuff...



...it's NOT just for fighters.



This is a complete kettlebell conditioning program that builds
incredible strength, power and athleticism...all in one package.


It's originally targeted for fighters, though, and if you ARE a
fighter or martial artist, you are going to LOVE this stuff. This
training going to make you a better fighter in just about every
way
...

- punch and kick harder
- take punches and kicks easier
- stay strong through the entire bout
- control your breathing
- improve balance
- unstoppable conditioning


To help give you an idea of what this stuff is all about, I
asked them to put together a video demonstration of one
their favorite INSANE kettlebell exercises.


And they DELIVERED.

The exercise is the Bottoms-Up Kettlebell Clean and Squat...



I tried this one last night and DANG, does it work. You get
major grip strength work, in addition to legs, core,
shoulders and arms.


Definitely watch the full video where Chris explains the
technique on how to clean the kettlebell into position and
grip it properly while doing the squat. You don't want to
drop the thing on your foot.


And be sure to watch all the way through to where he cleans
TWO kettlebells and hold them up for a full squat (it's pretty cool).

Bottom line, if you're a fighter, MMA athlete, or martial artist,
you should absolutely check out Kettlebell for Fighters. This
program is for real.


And if you're NOT a fighter but are interested in learning how
