Bodyweight training for triceps can actually be just as effective (if not more so, in some cases) than weight exercises for building mass...

... as long as you can find exercise variations that really challenge the muscle with resistance.

This is one of those exercise variations.

I call it a Bodyweight Pushdown and all you need is a bar (in the rack or a Smith Machine bar) and a bench.
