Subject: Best lower ab exercise I've ever found... (not knee raises)

If you've never experienced soreness in your lower abs, you're in for a treat.

You'll be setting a bumper plate between your knees while doing a specific type of sit-up, to put incredible tension on the lower aspect of the abs.

(while you can't fully isolate the lower abs, you can shift tension there).

I did this one last night and my lower abs are sore already...
