And I don't mean falling on your face by losing your grip on the bar...

This is a cool variation of the pull-up that brings in the middle traps very strongly when doing the pull-up.

You're essentially pulling your face into the bar strategically in order to force middle trap activation.

It's a great techinque...advanced but very effective for full back development!

New "Fat Killing" Fat Loss Program Coming Soon!

Now, you might notice that I'm getting pretty lean in this picture above...

I've got a new fat loss program that I've been testing that I'm just coming up on 3 months in.

I'm down 30 lbs of PURE FAT from when I started with ZERO drop in strength or muscle mass.

And when I say "fat killing" I literally mean fat killing.

The methods are designed to kill dysfunctional fat cells...the ones that should be dead but just hang on like zombies, spewing garbage into your system.

With normal fat loss programs, you empty out the fat cells but they just hang around...ready to fill right back up again.

This program gets rid of them PERMANENTLY so that rebound fat gain is MUCH less likely (you have really TRY to regain fat...it won't happen by accident).

I'll be posting more information about this over the next few weeks...I'm aiming to release it fairly soon here.

It's without question the BEST fat loss program I've ever come up with or used in my 35+ years of training.

It does for fat loss what Return To Prime does for muscle building by targeting it on a deep, physiological level, particularly for men and women over 40.
