Locked-in posterior chain training. This works GREAT for me. Now, you may have seen hip-braced stiff-legged deadlifts or RDL's where the bar is set at hip crease height. I found for me, the biomechanics of that brace point shifted a lot of the loading onto my spinal erectors, making it a good lower back exercise but not necessarily a good hamstring exercise. So I set the brace bar just below the knee joint... Shin-Braced SLDL's, essentially. This brace point locks the hamstrings into the exercise from the knee upwards.
