Subject: AMAZING new ab exercise...Fingals Finger Sit-Ups

This one lit up my abs like nothing I've ever felt before, in a way I've never felt before.

The name comes from the strongman event known as the Fingals Fingers, where you walk your hands up a post until you flip it over.

It's an amazing test of strength...and now I've got a version for your abs.

In this case, you're going to do it with a regular bar and a sit-up movement. You're going to use the bar to both pull and push yourself up at the same time, while the leverage of the bar perfectly matches the strength curve of the exercise.
