Subject: A simple form trick for MUCH better Dumbbell Curls...

This accurately describes my reaction to much of the bicep training that I see happening in most gyms...

The biceps are a muscle group that does NOT respond to heavy loads moved with horrible form. In my experience, the biceps do MUCH better with targeted tension and lighter loads....i.e. STRICT form.
