Subject: A crazy effective new chin-up variation (one-arm bar and one-arm band)...

I'm a big fan of chin-ups... they're one of the best overall exercises you can do for upper body.

This variation is a killer.

This exercise has you doing a stable-bar chin-up on one hand and an unstable-band chin-up on the other hand...at the same time.

This one hits the lats very effectively and in a very unique way (and hits the core as well!).

Check out the setup here...

Now, this next variation of THAT variation requires a bit of specialized equipment.

It's something a home gym will be more likely to have than a commercial gym. It requires a rack with a high pulley built on.

You're going to do an isometric hold with one arm while doing a one-arm pulldown with the other.

This one destroyed my core...even more than my lats!

Check out the setup lower down on the same page as the other exercise.
