Subject: A bicep hack I wish I would have thought of 20 years ago...

This quick setup is going to target BOTH major functions of your biceps in one shot... elbow flexion and supination.

Very few bicep exercises actively target supination, leaving mass gains on the table.

You're going to do dumbbell curls with a band for accommodating resistance (harder as you come to the top and stretch the band).

But here's the kicker...it's HOW you attach the bands to the dumbbells.
