Obviously there is one big topic on everybody's mind right now and that's the coronavirus.

And because there is no cure or anything beyond supportive treatment, your best bet is to..

1. Follow CDC recommendations in terms of social distancing and hygeine.

The FOOD you eat can play a tremendous role in how well your immune system functions...it can help ramp it up (like the foods in the article), or it can bring it down (sugar and junk food).

While we all work through this time together, I want to help you stay fit and healthy.

Over the next few weeks, since so many gyms are closing down for awhile, I'm going to be focusing my exercise and program info on things you can do at home with little to no equipment.

I'll be showing you a lot of bodyweight exercises as well as things you can do with simple equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells...as well as items you might find around your house already (like maybe piles of toilet paper ;)...
