Subject: 6-pack abs shredder...new RKC Plank variation

My six-pack abs were lit up like Times Square on New Years Eve the first time I tried this one.

I call it a Rack-Braced RKC Plank.

If you're not familiar with the RKC Plank exercise, it's very simply an "active" plank, where instead of just passively trying to hold a static position, you're actively and strongly trying to draw your elbows down towards your midsection. This activates the core muscles more powerfully than a simple static hold type of plank.

Now we're going to take it even further by adding some immovable objects for you to work against while you're doing that exercise. The concept is exactly the same...we're just making it more effective.

Set one of the safety rails of the rack to as low as it can go, then set up with your arms braced against it (straight and stiff). Then hook your toes over the other bottom rail of the rack.

Here's what it looks like.

Now to "RKC" it, you want to strongly try and pull your arms towards your feet while at the same time resisting with your toes. This instantly forces an incredibly strong contraction in the rectus abdominis muscle (the six pack abs).

Keep contracting as hard as you can, as long as you can, trying to progressively develop more and more tension in the core.

That's it!

Very simple and very effective. The stronger you contract and try to bring your arms back, the harder the exercise will be.

This is a great core finisher and fantastic way to hammer your six pack abs, developing them fast without having to resort to crunches or sit-ups.

You can watch the video of this exercise in action here.

Learn How to Use Isometrics Like This to Build Strength In Your ENTIRE Body

My friend and collegaue, Todd Kuslikis, is a master of bodyweight training.

And he's put together a program called "Isometrics Strength" using isometric bodyweight training principles very similar to this kind of "hard-focus" RKC Plank training...only for YOUR ENTIRE BODY.

When you try this Rack-Braced RKC Plank exercise and feel your six-pack abs firing like crazy, imagine what will happen when you apply these principles to every other muscle group you've got, especially if you use the "Red Onion" technique Todd will tell you about in the program.

It will be awesome...

If this sounds interesting to you, I'd definitely recommend you check this program out.

And just so you know up front, when you do pick up Isometrics Strength program, you'll also get a 14-day trial membership to Todd's "Feel Good Life Academy" site where you'll get a fantastic amount of information on health and fitness, If, at any time, you feel it's not for you, you can easily cancel, no questions asked, and never get charged an additional dime.
