Bar-Braced 5pm "Incline" Curls...

Yes, these are done in the power rack... so clearly, these are ones you're going to absolutely want to do at 5 pm on a weekday in January.

In all seriousness, don't do that.

This one is more likely to be useful in a home gym or uncrowded gym situation (can be done on a Smith machine bar as well, if that helps).

Essentially, any bar at an appropriate height is going to work for this, so you can use your creativity here.
