Ok, so first off, the next time somebody tells you that they're "a bit of a mad scientist"
in the gym, I want you to direct them to this video...that'll set them straight as to what
being a "mad scientist" is really all about ;).

This exercise is seriously the PERFECT chest exercise...you can go heavy, it puts
constant tension on the pecs from bottom to top, it add inwards-pulling tension to
better target the pecs optimum line of pull at the contracted position AND it perfectly
matches the strength curve of the bench press by adding resistance as you press to
the top as your leverage gets better.

Whew.

Put all these together and you have a ridiculously powerful exercise.

Granted, it does require some specialized equipment, but if you've got the equipment,
you need to try this one. Plus, I think it's extremely instructive in terms of how the
body works and what you can do to make it work BETTER.
