Subject: 2 things...fat loss and some INSANE training I did this week...

From Nick Nilsson

So here are the two things I wanted to jot you a quick note about...

#1 - Fat Loss...The Fat Extinction program

This is Anthony Alayon's program that I've mentioned a few times
over the past week. What exactly will it do for somebody looking
to drop fat?

The Fat Extinction Program provides you with a clear roadmap that
shows you all the steps needed to get in shape, regardless of
your current physical condition. You can be starting from total
scratch and you'll learn exactly what you need to do to get where
you want to go.

That's really the biggest benefit you'll get from this program...

1) Covers in great detail the training, diet, and supplements
needed for fat loss. Individualized programs for both genders,
all levels, and amount of time that can be invested in training.
No guesswork.
2) Comes with free online body fat analyzer and software that
provides you with your diet.
3) Also comes with free Fat Loss Secrets and Power of the Mind e-books.
4) Access to free videos that show you how to perform all the
exercises in the program.
5) Cost: $39.99 but you can try the Program for only $1 for 21
days with money back guarantee.

Definitely worth checking out if you're just starting out in your
fat loss goals and want it all laid out for you in a simple and
effective program:

#2 - INSANE High-Rep Trap Bar Deadlifts

Now for the insane training...trap bar deadlifts...350 lbs for a
set of 30 reps...

Check out the video here (and feel free to subscribe to my
channel - I post all kinds of cool exercises and training
techniques on there):

And yeah, I took out the sound because the music I had playing in
my basement gym at the time was Nine Inch Nails, and not one of
their more "happy, non-swearing" songs...not exactly PG13, if you
know what I mean :)

If you're not familiar with a trap bar, here's a review I did on
the one that I use:

And if you want to learn more about why this high-rep training
works for building muscle and strength, check out this article I
wrote on the subject:

And finally, if you want to see the program I'm currently working
this style of training with:

I'm almost done with Cycle 2 of the program and I've gained about
22 lbs in the past 3 months (mostly muscle). Wish I would have
had this program when I first started training! :)

Nick

P.S. after you watch the video, you'll see that yes, I am nuts.
