The first is Fat Loss Circuit Training...a killer weight/cardio
combo workout that will get your metabolism cranked up HUGE. You
basically do a weight workout but instead of resting, you do
CARDIO instead. It's tough but VERY effective. You'll see a

The second is the Triple Add Set...this technique hits ALL your
muscle fiber types in one set...you start with light weight and
high reps, then go directly to medium weight, medium reps, then
directly to heavy weight and low reps. It's the opposite of drop
sets because you're INCREASING the weight each time.

This is a challenging technique that I use in the Surge program
on the last few days to basically finish you off :)
